Starting this month, after several unsuccessful attempts at starting, I finally was able to start and make a habit of exercising. Yeah, I love it. It is my new addiction. I can see myself being ripped after a year or two.
I had some attempts at sports when I was still in University: tennis and dancing. However, I was not fit to really enjoy and perform them. Imagine how things would have been different had I started to have a habit of exercising.
It's not just a matter of moving my butt. It's about facing my childhood demons I associated with exercise.
P.S. I re-read my earlier posts this year. They're profound. They reminded me of the path I'm taking towards radical self-transformation.
To my future self, don't forget to read this entry. I hope by the time you are reading this, you have at least a flat tummy. I'm not sure when you'll have a six pack or a six pack from Hell. But rest assured that I believe your journey to cross physical milestones is worth it.
